2. The present application has been preferred: for initiation of contempt proceeding against the Contemnor- opposite parties for their willful dis-obedience due to non compliance of the order dated 27.11.2009 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Miraula Mishra 'J'

passed in C.W.J.C.No.13829/2009 C.W.J.C.No.

13835/2009 and C. W.J.C. No. 13403/2009 filed by petitioners No. 1,2 and 3 respectively.

3. At the outset, learned State Counsel has come up with the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 7879 of 2019 (State of Bihar vs. Devendra Sharma & ors.) and submit that the entire batch cases including the case related to

Patna High Court MJC No.1774 of 2011(16) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 the petitioner [(Civil Appeal No. 7892 of 2019) {(arising out of SLP (Civil 28306 of 2014)}] were taken up together and vide an order dated 17.10.2019, the orders passed by the Patna High Court were set aside and the appeal of the State was allowed.

4. In view of the development that has taken place, copy of which has been provided by learned State Counsel, the contempt is dropped and the MJC No. 1774 of 2011 stands disposed of.
