No. 26917/2016 only with regard to Petitioner No. 5, namely Rameshwar Chaudhary who was also one of the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 26917/2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the present case be extended by a further period of four weeks from today so as to enable the petitioner to surrender in the Court below. It is made clear that if he does not surrender within the aforesaid time, the earlier order passed shall stand withdrawn.

With the aforementioned modification, the case stands disposed of.
