The Chairman of the Siwan Kshetriya Gramin Bank is personally present as per the direction of this Court and affidavit has been filed on his behalf. It is submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and the petitioner has been granted promotion to the post of Grade-I w.e.f. 30.01.2003. However, the promotion had been given to the petitioner in view of the order dated 13.07.2015 passed in LPA No. 411 of 2007. The petitioner submits that there is not complete

Patna High Court MJC No.2326 of 2014 dt.31-08-2016 compliance of the order in accordance with law and such order not having been passed immediately even after the order dated 13.07.2015 having been passed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 411 of 2007 that has completely deprived the petitioner from appearing in the examination for Scale-II pursuant to the advertisement dated 12.11.2015.

However, the Chairman himself is present in person and he submits that if the petitioner files a representation in this regard that would be examined and considered in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation, thus proceeding is dropped. The personal appearance of the Chairman is dispensed with. This Court appreciates the stand taken by the Chairman.
