2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, accused persons demolished the erected wall of the informant and on protest they assaulted the family members of the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44776 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 petitioners. Injuries received by the injured persons are mostly simple in nature. Petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 15.5.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur PS Case No. 276 of 2023.
