Considering the fact that a period of three months has already expired since the time the impugned order of suspension was made and the memorandum of charges, as contended on behalf of the appellant, has not been served on the appellant within the said period of three months, the very order of suspension, dated 10.08.2015, which stood impugned in C.W.J.C. No. 14543 of 2015, has become, according to the appellant, infructuous. However, as prayed for by learned Counsel for the appellant, the respondents are hereby directed to examine the

Patna High Court LPA No.140 of 2016 (4) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 grievances, which have been raised by the appellant and do the needful in accordance with law.

With above observation and direction, this appeal is closed with liberty given to the appellant to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and/or take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
