The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was a local Mukhiya.
Allegation is that in collusion with the Panchayat Secretary, she defalcated Rupees Forty Nine Thousand and odd, which was meant for implementation of the "Mukhya Mantri Saat Nischay Yojna".

His further submission is that in fact due to dispute regarding the agency which will execute the aforesaid scheme, there was delay in execution of the scheme, which led to lodging of the F.I.R. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Surajgarha Police Station Case No.82 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
