The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.148 of 2017, a case under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that during investigation two mobile phones were recovered from the house of this petitioner which was said to be a stolen property of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2017 and petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60220 of 2017 (4) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
