Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 4 of 2018 arising out of Sangrampur PS Case No. 100 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the IPC.

It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioner that the victim had suffered burn injury allegedly on 12.8.2017 and was in hospital up to 14.8.2017 on which date she had finally succumbed to burn injury at 7 PM. From the injury report it has been pointed out that no statement of the victim is there implicating the petitioner as is sought to be made out in the FIR lodged by brother of the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64221 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 that the petitioner is co-villager of the victim and not a relative having no connection with the domestic affairs of the victim this Court is inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge lst, Munger in S.T. No. 4 of 2018 arising outr of Sangrampur PS Case No. 100 of 2017.
