JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have amicably settled the dispute outside the court. It has been agreed between the parties that the petitioner would pay a total amount of Rs.12,75,500/- (twelve lakh seventy five thousand five hundred) to the complainant Awadh Kishore Singh in six instalments. Out of the aforesaid six instalments, the petitioner has already made a payment of Rs.2,75,000/- (two lakh seventy five thousand) by way of a bank draft drawn on Central Bank of India bearing no.146501 to the complainant. The draft has already been handed over to the counsel for the complainant Mr. Rohit Mishra and the remaining amount shall be paid to the

Mr. Rohit Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant, concedes that the aforesaid demand draft of Rs.2,75,000/- ( two lakh seventy five thousand) issued in the name of the complainant Awadh Kishore Singh has already been handed over to him. Regard being had to the stand of the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 7.12.2015 is, hereby, confirmed.
