This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case no. 177 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354A, 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner made by informant is while she was sleeping in her room, the accused petitioner came and caught hold of her. When she objected, he was caught by other inmates of the house and villagers. He was handed over to police in the next morning.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is long dispute going on between the parties and petitioner is a neighbour of informant. Earlier also there had been case and counter case between the parties. He is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59197 of 2017(2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 custody since 15.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Araria, in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case no. 177 of 2017.
