JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 This writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 23.09.2013 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Maintenance Case No.28 of 2011 whereby and whereunder the learned Principal Judge directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.2,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent.

When this case was called out for hearing in admission matter, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application.

In the facts and circumstances, this writ application is dismissed.
