The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 489A, 489B, 489C and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught making an attempt to use counterfeit notes.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case under a misunderstanding. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. The petitioner who is a lady is in custody since 19.5.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. On instructions it is submitted that charge has been framed in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53150 of 2021(4) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 learned trial Court on 11.3.2022 with Sessions Trial no. 668 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge XVIII, Patna.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 10 months together with charge having been framed in the learned trial Court, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with S.Tr. no. 668 of 2021 (arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case no. 248 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge XVIII, Patna (Partha Sarthy, J) Prakash/- U
