The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with CIII 282 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that one Rakesh Sharma, friend of this petitioner has demanded motorcycle for using some personal work and in good faith, the petitioner had given the alleged motorcycle to him, but with malicious attitude Rakesh Sharma along with his fried Ravish Kumar had done such illegal work. Petitioner has no concern

It is also submitted that in the first information report, no one has disclose the name of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
