The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 40 litres of illicit liquor from the joint possession of the accused persons. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.10.2017.
