The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian penal Code.

Accusation is of causing injury on the chest of the son of the informant by Sikandar Mandal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name sprang up during investigation. It is further submitted that accusation of firing is against Sikandar Mandal and petitioner has been made accused only because he happens to be own brother of the Sikandar Mandal. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 116 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
