JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2017 This writ application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.08.2013 passed by learned Subordinate Judge-II, Buxar in Title Suit No.214 of 2008 whereby and whereunder the court below has recalled the order dated 31.01.2013 by which evidence of the defendant was closed.

In spite of repeated calls, nobody appeared to press this application.

It appears that the petitioner has ceased to have interest in proceeding with the case.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ application is dismissed.
