ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 471, 469 and 329/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 on absurd grounds, I see no reason for interference with the order passed in B.P. No. 481 of 2013 by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in connection with Town (Samastipur) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2012. Hence, the application stands rejected.
