The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.24 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 509, 506, 452 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 66C of the I.T. Act.
The accusation is that Ziauddin, the son of the petitioner, tried to outrage the modesty of the informant/opposite party no.2, when she was going to school and on protest being made by her, he gave threatening to sprinkle acid to disfigure her face. At that time, Ziauddin also took photograph of the informant/opposite

When the complaint was made to the petitioner in this regard by the complainant/opposite party no.2, he abused her and her family members and also helped his son to prepare the forged documents in respect of performing the 'Nikah' with the informant/opposite party no.2. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui, in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.24 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
