Informant, Md. Imteyaz @ Sonu had alleged that on 18.09.2017 at about 08:00 AM Ravi Shankar Kumar @ Golu (petitioner) has come to his place and accompanied his brother Reyaz Ahmad over motorcycle. Soon thereafter, Digamber Tiwari and Raja Singh followed them. Out of suspicion, he also rushed and then saw Ravi Shankar Kumar @ Golu had parked his motorcycle near Mirchaiya Tola, Maharini Ashtan, where Digamber Tiwari and Raja Singh arrived and no sooner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59277 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 than, Raja Singh took out pistol and pumped bullet over his brother Reyaz Ahmad and then thereafter, they both escaped. He took his brother to hospital where he was declared dead. It has also been disclosed that during course of attending coaching his brother had developed friendship with the son of Raja Singh whereupon, was a frequent visitor and in the aforesaid background, they were apprehensive that he has also developed some sort of intimacy with his daughter as they were on talking term. Accordingly, claimed that Balwant Singh, Ravi Shankar Kumar @ Golu, Digamber Tiwari, Raja Singh to be responsible for causing murder of deceased after hatching a conspiracy.
From the order impugned, it is evident that witnesses, more particularly, under para-40-41 of the case diary have disclosed that petitioner was stopped by the person who were asking for donation and at that very moment others came who, shot dead the deceased. Accordingly, petitioner Ravi Shanker @ Ravi Shanker Kumar @ Golu @ Ravi Shanker Kumar @ Golu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief
