The petitioner seeks bail in K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 365,366A,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report, there is specific allegation against Vikky Kumar Paswan of taking away the victim girl who is grand-daughter of informant. The victim girl has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that this petitioner has kidnapped her when she has gone for call of nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is grand-father of Vikky Kumar Paswan. He has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62126 of 2018(3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 named by the victim girl only to save Vikky Kumar Paswan with whom she has affair. Petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with K.
