The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2017 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.197 of 2017, Special Case No.78 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 20, 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery is of 80 grams of Ganja, which is yet to be tested. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than five months and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
