The petitioner seeks bail in Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 306 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the house of petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody coupled with the
