1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 12.09.2023 at 03:00 PM, he got secret information that from Jharkhand side, illicit liquor is being brought in two cars, thereafter the informant went to the place of occurrence and saw a red car coming in high speed and on seeing the police personnel, the driver tried to flee, thereafter chase started when another white car came from behind and dashed the car of the informant causing injury to the police

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown nor the vehicle was apprehended, rather based on the registration number of the vehicle, the FIR came to be instituted and petitioner is not the owner of any of the vehicles whose number was recorded in the FIR.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.
