2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when informant was at his field, in the meantime , these petitioners along with other co- accused persons came
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47578 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/3 there and brutally assaulted informant and his brother due to which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched jewellery from neck of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on account of land dispute between both the parties, a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . It is further submitted that during pendency of this case, good sense prevailed in between the parties and a joint compromise petition has been filed in the learned Court below i. e,. Annexure P /4 to the bail petition .

Learned counsel for the State do not dispute the contention made on behalf of these petitioners. 6 Considering the fact that a good sense prevailed in between the parties and a joint compromise petition has already been filed in the learned Court below and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 717 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47578 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 3/3 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
