The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2017 in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No.191 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. In view of the fact that the recovery was not made from his conscious possession but from a hut located near the house and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Giriyak P.S.
