2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant went to coaccused to tell him to turn off water as it was coming towards informant's house, the co-accused started abusing the informant and assaulted her, on seeing this the informant's husband and brother came to save the informant, upon which all the co-accused along with the petitioner started assaulting the informant's husband. In the meantime, the co-accused hit the informant's

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
