1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case no. 47 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 147, 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that nine named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and they started to assault the informant's uncle Satyanarayan Singh, Niraj Kumar and Saraswati Devi. Thereafter, it is stated that Lakshman Singh assaulted the informant's wife with a spear, Laungiya Devi and Dhanrawati
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48300 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/3 Devi assaulted the informant's wife while Lakshman Singh, Dinesh Singh and Raju Singh assaulted the informant's uncle as a result of which he sustained injuries. They also took away Rs. 76,000/- in cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Though the petitioner is named amongst the accused persons in the beginning of the F.I.R., however, there is no specific allegation against him. Specific allegations are against the other accused persons. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., there being no specific allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. while the allegations being specific in nature against persons other than this petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case no. 47 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
