10-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, vide order dated 13.04.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R', and on perusal of report dated 24.04.2021, it appears that after framing of charge, all the nine witnesses have been examined and the evidence is closed on 19.04.2021 and now, the case is fixed for statement of accused persons.

Considering the stage of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably; within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
