KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-11-2021 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: - "a);- For quashing the order dated 10.8.2019 at Annexure-5 passed by the respondent No-2 who is the Minister, Department of Revenue and

Ceiling Case No-14 of 2007 (Purnia) by which prayer for an order for reopening of the Purnia district Land Ceiling Case No-106 of 7374/211 of 75-76 (State Versus Uma Devi) for exclusion of the lands in question from the said Land Ceiling Case and the acquisition notification dated 31.8.2006 was rejected.

b);- For quashing of the notification No-3066 dated 31.8.2006 published in issue No-18 of the Purnia district gazette dated 18.9.2006 at Annexure-4 so far it related to acquisition of the lands in question.

c);- For issuance of a direction commanding the respondents not to resort to dispossession of the petitioner form their lands in question till the disposal of this application and in case possession of the lands in question is delivered to the respondents No-8 to 11 during the Pendency of this application, for an order for restoration of actual physical possession of the lands in question to the petitioner.

d);- For any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

"Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

However, in the interest of justice, we adjourn the matter.
