JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-12-2017 In the matter of granting affiliation and permission to the degree college in the premises in question, the learned Writ Court refused to interfere, as it was found that the Hon'ble Chancellor after causing enquiry did not find any illegality in the matter.

Once, based on the decision of the Hon'ble Chancellor, the Writ Court refused to interfere into the matter, we

In case, the petitioner feels that the Hon'ble Chancellor has not taken note of the relevant facts or material documents, which were relevant for deciding the issue in question, he may approach the Hon'ble Chancellor and seek review of the decision.

It is for the Hon'ble Chancellor to consider the representation of the petitioner and to proceed in accordance with law.
