2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 447, 448, 427, 379, 307, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons armed with deadly weapons started assaulting the complainant with an intention to kill. Accused persons also burnt the house of the complainant. Accused persons are said to have injured three persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case.There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. There is case and counter case also. The injuries are minor and simple in nature.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/concerned court below in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code
