In a way to Patna, victim, Anjali was kidnapped by one Parmanu Kumar as well as Bikki Kumar (Petitioner). During course of investigation as is evident, the victim was traced out and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded and further (Annexure-2) wherefrom it is apparent that she, out of her own will, joined hands with Parmanu Kumar. That being so, final form was submitted by the police. However, differing therefrom cognizance has been taken. Taking into account the statement of victim, petitioner, Bikki Kumar, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47925 of 2014 (2) dt.17-04-2015 the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara PS Case No. 86 of 2014, subject to the condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
