ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Chewara P.S. case No.05 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 427, 337, 338, 332, 353, 323, 326, 325, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.
Considering that on the same circumstances other coaccused persons have been released on anticipatory bail vide Annexure-3, the Petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On such surrender, the Petitioners above named shall be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52810 of 2015 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 bail on the same conditions as enumerated in the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.45367 of 2015. Application stands disposed of.
