The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 448, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Whereas the petitioner no. 1 has been charged with assault on the wife of the informant with a Dab resulting in injury on the head, the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 have been charged with assault by a wooden stick on the wife of the informant. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52987 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 father of the other petitioners and the dispute is a fall out of a property dispute. He submits that there are case and counter case in between the parties and although the main allegations are directed against Manager Prasad Yadav, the injury allegedly attributed to the petitioner no. 1 has been found to be simple in nature.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the injury, let the petitioners, namely, (1) Gayanti Devi, (2) Poonam Kumari, (3) Rajeev Roushan @ Rajeev Roushan Yadav; and (4) Ravi Roushan @ Ravi Roushan Yadav in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra and/or the court concerned in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
