The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of the Addl. District and Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani. The accusation is of recovery of 04 bottles, each containing 750 ML, 17 bottles, each containing 180 ML India made foreign liquor and 65 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the house of the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41515 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
