2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for quashing the appellate order dated 15.05.2007 passed by the Additional Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.3) in Land Ceiling Appeal Case No.99/2006
Patna High Court CWJC No.21810 of 2014(3) dt.09-02-2026 2/3 whereby the appeal was allowed and the preemption right given to the petitioner on 21.07.2006 by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector Samastipur a (respondent no.4) in Land Ceiling Case No.01/2004 set aside holding that the vendor (respondent no.6) was only co-sharer and had no full right, title and interest over the entire vended land comprising of Khata no.129, Khesra no.731 (new 1224), admeasuring 2 Kathas of Village Gaddopura, P.S.-Bangara, District Samastipur to sell in favour of respondent no.5;
(ii) for quashing the revisional order dated 23.07.2014 passed by the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga in Land Ceiling Revision Case No.0912007-08 whereby the revision was dismissed and the appellate order stood confirmed;
Further, any other writ(s), order(s) and/or direction(s) may be issued;
(iii) for confirming the order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.21810 of 2014(3) dt.09-02-2026 3/3 21.07.2006 passed by the respondent no.4 in Land Ceiling Case No.01/2004, whereby the petitioner granted preemption over the disputed land and accordingly the respondent no.4 executed registered sale deed dated 30.08.2006 in his favour with respect to the same;
(iv) further, pray for issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions and order/orders, relief/reliefs which he is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that Mr. Bidya Nath Thakur has given instruction to withdraw the petition as it is pre-emption matter which with the change of law has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
