2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed on merit by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 16589 of 2022 (Annexure -1).

3. In this case, 225 litres of country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. The present petition does not reveal any change of circumstance or new ground.

4. In view of the fact that no fresh ground has been pressed for consideration of pre-arrest bail as well as in view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case
