The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No.52 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. placed at Annexure-1 submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and that the parties are known and are on litigating terms.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions as well as the nature of allegations, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52928 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 the petitioners namely, (1) Subhash Mahaldar @ Subash Mahaldar, (2) Hajari Mahaldar (3) Jhalia Devi (4) Sunita Devi, (5) Pulki Kumari and (6) Khudai Devi @ Khurhai Devi in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon each of them furnishing individual bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S.
