27.11.2015 It has been submitted that the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.09.2015 with condition No. (ii) that an affidavit was to be filed that he is not an accused in any other case even though it was stated in Paragraph 3 that he was accused in one other case.

The order is modified to the extent that condition No. (ii) be deleted.

Four weeks' time is further extended for surrender of the Petitioner.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 611 of 2013.
