2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

"a) For Quashing of FIR dated 15/07/2024 of Lalganj, P.S Case no. 207/2024 which was filed under section 308(5) and 308(4) of B.N.S. against the unknown miscreants.

b) For proper enquiry of the case as per the representation filed by the father of the petitioner."

3. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, for redressal of his grievances and if the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, finds substance in the representation of the petitioner, he will act in accordance with law.

4. If the representation is filed within one week, then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 till the disposal of the representation by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali.
