The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No.137 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner by his wife that he first inflicted dagger blow upon her and thereafter killed his own son aged about seven months, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
