JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Sepoy, in pursuance to Advertisement no. 1/2012, issued by the Central Selection Council of Constables, Bihar, Patna but the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein they have stated that though the petitioner had stated in his application form that he is a Home Guard, however, no document to the said effect was annexed to his application, hence, he was declared ineligible, showing him to be HG mismatch.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach
