2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

a) For Quashing of FIR Lalganj, P.S Case no. 213/2024 which was filed under section 109, 3(5) of B.N.S. and 25(1-b)(a), 26, 27, 35 of arms act which was filed by the informant.

b) For proper enquiry of the case as per the representation filed by the father of the petitioner.

3. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, for redressal of his grievances and if the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, finds substance in the representation of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1416 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 petitioner, he will act in accordance with law.

4. If the representation is filed within one week, then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.213 of 2024 till the disposal of the representation by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali.
