The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj P.S.Case No.463 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 379 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.
It is submitted that some unknown miscreants committed theft of a vehicle which was parked at the residence of one of the relatives of the informant. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner. Petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has voluntarily surrendered before the court below on 07.08.2017 and except two criminal cases in which the petitioner is on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S.Case No.463 of 2016.
