2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 323, 506, 504 and 120B 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned APP appearing for the State that proceeding under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner stands dismissed.
