Rinku Rishi alias Tinku Rishi has already been arrested, hence, this application has become infructuous so far as it relates to petitioner no. 2.
Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner no. 1 being brother in law (Sala) of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the son of the informant was residing with petitioner no. 1 with whom there was money dispute. Subsequently the dead body of the son of the informant was

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no eye witness to the occurrence though admittedly the victim was residing with the petitioner no.1 and there was no money dispute.
Considering the fact that petitioner no. 1 was residing with the victim and he did not lodge any case after the victim went traceless, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1 in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
