2. The petitioners had moved the Court alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of order dated 08.01.2010 passed in CWJC No.17858 of 2008.

3. Pursuant to order dated 30.07.2019, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna is also present. Show cause has also been filed by him.

4. From the materials on record, the Court finds that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with by the authorities.

5. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to take recourse for redressal of their grievance, if any, which still remains, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

7. Personal appearance of the officer stands dispensed with.
