The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2017 in connection with Special Case No. 91 of 2017 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 408 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the recoveries of ganja were made from the Rishikesh Pandey and not against this petitioner. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he was also found sitting where the recoveries were made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
