JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that Manish Kumar and Deepak Kumar misbehaved with Buchan Kumari, daughter of informant. On protest, informant was assaulted by petitioner along with other accused persons. They also took away Rs. 3000/- from his house. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nature of injury is said to be simple. No offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
