Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No. 227 of 2014 before the court of Sessions Judge, Purnea. The trial court dismissed the same through the order dated 1-4-2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition ,the petitioner married the informant, and if that is so, the very grievance of the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20766 of 2014 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 gets diluted. This, however, is a matter to be verified by the trial court. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner as well as the informant can appear before the trial court together with an application for anticipatory bail, and if what is pleaded by the petitioner is found to be true, the trial court will consider the same and grant anticipatory bail.
